Commerce Minister of China to lead delegation to Dhaka in May

Chinese Commerce Minister Wang Wentao is scheduled to visit Bangladesh in May, accompanied by a significant business delegation, following Md Yunus's recent trip to Beijing. The visit aims to explore investment opportunities, potentially including the Teesta water management project and the Lalmonirhat airfield. Bangladesh is also seeking foreign investment to establish a domestic defense industry.
