‘Key factor’ in death of Grand National horse Celebre D’Allen revealed in post-mortem
A POST-MORTEM carried out into tragic Grand National horse Celebre D’Allen has revealed a ‘key factor’ in his cause of death.
The findings, which were shared in a British Horseracing Authority statement, revealed the 13-year-old had developed a ‘severe infection’ and subsequently sepsis after his run in the world’s most famous race.
