PioneerUrban to invest Rs 300 crore in a senior living project in Gurgaon

This IGBC platinum-certified project in Haryana, expected by early 2027, addresses the rising demand for community-based senior living, offering advanced facilities like air filtration and on-site medical services by Fortis Hospital Gurugram.
