Secondhand shopping can be pretty hit or miss. In the hit scenario, you find a delightfully low-priced treasure and wind up with an item that's cheap, unique, and, if you care, environmentally friendly. In the miss situation, you sift endlessly through items, only to come up empty-handed. Or, worse, you make a 45-minute drive to check out that old but "rust-free" truck you found online...
