Glens Falls PD investigating vandalism at Crandall Park monument

GLENS FALLS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The Glens Falls Police Department is investigating vandalism in Crandall Park. The Henry Crandall Monument was reported to have been spray painted with graffiti.
