AMSTERDAM, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Officials with the Amsterdam Water Treatment Plant issued a public notice on Tuesday after some homes and businesses tested positive for lead. Plant operators said 10% of the 60 properties they surveyed in March exceeded the action level for lead.
