Washburn University to host U.S. Court of Appeals judges

TOPEKA (KSNT) - A three-judge panel from the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit will hear arguments for multiple cases at Washburn University later this week in a session open to the public.

The panel will hear arguments for cases out of Kansas, Oklahoma and Colorado regarding legal issues, immigration law, education law and criminal defense on Thursday, April 10. The panel includes Chief Judge Jerome Holmes, Judge Veronica Rossman and Judge Nancy Moritz.
