Signature Global reports 42% year-on-year growth in pre-sales in FY25

Signature Global achieved record pre-sales of Rupees 10,290 crore in fiscal year 2025. The realty developer saw a 42% year-on-year growth. Collections also rose to Rupees 4,380 crore. This was driven by new projects in Gurugram and nearby areas. The company launched five new projects. Net debt reduced significantly.
