First Lady Melania Trump opened the White House gardens to the public on Sunday, giving visitors a last glimpse at the historic Southern magnolia tree, which was torn down on Monday. The tour on Sunday also offered the last chance for the public to view the Southern magnolia tree said to have been planted by President Andrew Jackson.
