€31.5 million from angel investors goes to fewer startups with larger rounds

Finnish business angels invested €31.5 million in domestic startups in 2024, according to the Finnish Business Angels Network (FiBAN). The figure approached 2022 levels despite a sharp drop in the number of funded companies.

In 2024, 84 startups received funding from FiBAN members. In 2023, 173 startups secured such investments. The average size of investment rounds increased.
