Guy who tried to meet 15-year-old for sex receives 30-month sentence

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- A registered sex offender was sentenced to 30 months in prison on Monday after trying to meet with a teen girl for "sexual purposes," the Clackamas County District Attorney's Office announced.

Christopher Guy, 55, was convicted of luring a minor and online sexual corruption of a child.

"In December 2023, Guy repeatedly chatted online with a person he thought was an underage teenage girl. In fact, it was a Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office detective.
