Albany woman charged with vehicular assault

ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Albany Police made an arrest on Sunday after an assault investigation. Emoni Ellison, 23, of Albany, faces multiple charges.

On April 6 around 7:35 p.m., police responded to a home on Jennings Drive near Rooney Road for reports of someone being hit by a car. Officers arriving to the area found a 29-year-old woman with a serious leg injury.
