The 15th National Cello Competition in Turku will take place from 13 to 20 February 2026. The event, organised by Turun Soitannollinen Seura, is open to Finnish cellists under the age of 30.
The competition was first held in 1972. Since 2010, it has been arranged every four years. Past winners include Raimo Sariola, Timo Hanhinen, Martti Rousi, Susanna Mälkki, and Tatu Kauppinen.
