AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan moves Supreme Court against Waqf (Amendment) Bill

Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan and others have moved the Supreme Court, challenging the constitutional validity of the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2025.
