Tata Motors demerger, business split update: Shareholders to vote on May 6

Tata Motors will hold an equity shareholders meeting on May 6, 2025, to vote on restructuring its commercial and passenger vehicle businesses. The proposal includes demerging the Commercial Vehicles division into TML Commercial Vehicles Limited and merging Tata Motors Passenger Vehicles Limited into the parent company.
