Major update for Line of Duty fans as stars sign for 7th series with filming date confirmed

NOW we’re sucking diesel — Line of Duty is all set to return next year for a seventh series.

Its three stars  — Martin Compston, Vicky McClure and Adrian Dunbar — have finally aligned their jam-packed diaries and will start filming a six-parter in January.
