L2: Empuraan box office: How much did Mohanlal's film earn on Day 8

L2: Empuraan has minted Rs 88.25 crore (net) domestically till now. The film has performed well overseas as well, grossing over Rs 133 crore. Sequel to the 2019 film Lucifer, L2: Empuraan stars Mohanlal and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead. The next part of the franchise is tentatively titled Lucifer 3.
