11 NYC restaurants, chefs named James Beard finalists

NEW YORK CITY (PIX11) – These 11 New York City restaurants and chefs are the best of the best, according to the James Beard Foundation. 

The foundation on Wednesday announced the finalists for its prestigious James Beard Awards, which will be given out in June. 

In the city, finalists include East Village seafood eatery Penny, Flatiron Korean restaurant Atomix, and the chef behind Jungsik.
