Threats, calls for negotiations in wake of Trump tariffs
Countries around globe have responded to President Trump's latest tariffs with either threats of retaliation or calls for negotiation.
Trump on Wednesday imposed a 10-percent base tax on all goods coming into the U.S., with the exception of items from Mexico and Canada — trading partners the administration has already targeted with 25 percent tariffs.
