Bacoor court issues warrant of arrest vs Archie Alemania in acts of lasciviousness case

MANILA, Philippines – A Bacoor court has issued a warrant of arrest for actor Archie Alemania, who was accused of acts of lasciviousness by his co-star Rita Daniela.

According to a report by GMA News, the Bacoor City Municipal Trial Court said that it found “probable cause” to hold Alemania for trial after extensively evaluating the investigation data form, the resolution, the complaint affidavit Rita filed, and other necessary documents. Alemania’s recommended bail is P36,000.
