Lake Charles man charged with sexual battery of juvenile under 13

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KLFY) -- A man was arrested in Calcasieu Parish after admitting to having sexual contact with a family member under the age of 13 for years.

Officials arrested 36-year-old Justin Marchie on March 30 after investigating alleged sexual abuse complaints from a disclosed family member.

Officials said during the investigation they were advised by a girl under the age of 13 that Marchie was sexually abusing her.
