Andreessen Horowitz in talks to help buy out TikTok's Chinese owners

Andreessen Horowitz is negotiating to invest in TikTok as part of a U.S. effort, led by President Trump, to take control of the app from its Chinese owners. Co-founder Marc Andreessen is working with Oracle and other U.S. investors to buy out ByteDance’s stake. The offer is the leading bid ahead of the April 5 deadline, according to the Financial Times.
