2025 Michelin Guide awards stars for 68 restaurants in France

On Monday, the Michelin Guide awarded 68 new stars, including a coveted third star to two French chefs, raising the total number of 3-star restaurants in France to 31. The 2025 Michelin edition, revealed in Metz, also introduced nine new 2-star establishments, one of which is located in Bordeaux. Vedika Bahl takes a closer look at the list of winners.
