India signs highest-ever international transaction APAs in 2024-25

In the 2024-25 financial year, the CBDT signed a record 174 APAs with Indian taxpayers, offering tax certainty in transfer pricing. This includes a mix of Unilateral, Bilateral, and the first-ever Multilateral APA. The agreements are part of India's efforts to improve the ease of doing business for multinational enterprises.
