PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Scattered showers arrived Sunday night and will remain with Monday as an upper-level low pressure system continues to spin off the Oregon Coast. With that will come bands of moisture wrapping around the center of the low.
This also means we will see some sunbreaks as well. But with those sunbreaks comes the slight chance of an afternoon thunderstorm from the coast through the Willamette Valley.
