Woman arrested over death of baby boy found dumped in M&S bag outside church by binman following hunt for mum

A WOMAN has been arrested over the death of a baby boy who was found dumped in an M&S bag outside a church.

The newborn was discovered in Notting Hill, West London, by a binman on March 25.

Officers confirmed today a woman, aged in her 30s, has been arrested on suspicion of concealing a birth, neglect and infanticide.
