Greater Noida ups water charges by 10% from next month

Greater Noida Industrial Development Authority has announced a 10% increase in water charges across all property categories effective April 1. The authority has also decided to hike land rates by 5% in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional areas, with significant variations based on plot sizes.
