Experts call for end to daylight saving time as Finland moves clocks forward

Finland entered daylight saving time early Sunday morning as clocks across the European Union were moved one hour forward. The change, which takes place twice a year, is intended to extend daylight hours during waking time.

The time adjustment was carried out simultaneously across all EU member states.
