Over 100 shanties gutted after fire breaks out in slum cluster in Gurugram

A fire triggered by a gas cylinder explosion gutted around 100 shanties in Gurugram's Basai Chowk area on Friday morning. Over 15 fire engines were deployed to control the fire, which took about 2 hours. Despite the rapid spread due to strong winds and exploding cylinders, no casualties were reported, though the huts' contents were destroyed.
