DAY ONE 

5 a.m. I don’t want to be awake, and I definitely don’t want to be flying back to St. Louis from Europe. I’ve been here for ten days on vacation. It was so relaxing, but I’ve been feeling so anxious for this flight. I have bad anxiety and always worry that my meds won’t work on the plane and I’ll end up having a panic attack.
