Train ticket purchased from counter can be cancelled online: Railway Minister

Passengers who purchase physical tickets from railway ticket counters can now cancel them online through the IRCTC website or by calling 139. However, they must visit the reservation center to collect the refund. This update addresses the requirements under the Railway Passengers (Cancellation of Tickets and Refund of Fares) Rules 2015.
