Killer cut up housemate’s body into 27 pieces before scattering parts from bag for life

A man who bludgeoned his friend and housemate to death then sawed him into 27 pieces has been jailed for 34 years.

Marcin Majerkiewicz, 42, killed Stuart Everett, 67, in Mr Everett’s home in Salford last year by striking him over the head with a weapon.

He then cut his friend’s body up before dumping the parts, which were later found in green spaces across Salford and north Manchester.
