FSPA lifted from Dibrugarh, now applies to only three Assam districts: CM Himanta Biswa Sarma

Assam chief minister Himanta Biswa Sarma announced that the Union Home ministry has removed AFSPA from Dibrugarh, leaving the act applicable in only three districts. Sarma also highlighted the reduction of travel advisories by Japan, indicating improved safety and gradual stabilization in most areas of Assam.
