Avengers: Doomsday to feature Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen as Professor X and Magneto

Patrick Stewart and Ian McKellen will reprise their X-Men roles in the Avengers: Doomsday film, releasing in May 2026. The movie is directed by Anthony and Joe Russo. It features a large cast including Robert Downey Jr. as Doctor Doom. Avengers: Doomsday reunites many Marvel actors and includes stars from the Fantastic Four reboot and Thunderbolts.
