A missing teenage girl was discovered brutally murdered and with her hands cut off and her father has been arrested after speaking about her on TV.

Keimani Latigue’s body was found in an abandoned and burned home in Toledo, Ohio, on Monday.

Cops who discovered her six days after her family reported her missing said it was ‘one of the most horrific cases’ they have seen.
