A doctor is questioning the cause of death for ex-Yankees player Brett Gardner's son.
Dr. Kevin Gannon treated Miller Gardner, 14, when he was discovered unresponsive at the Costa Rica resort where the family was staying, according to The New York Post.
“From what we encountered there, we could not verify a cause of death,” Gannon said to The Post. “To us it was very confusing."
“We responded to a minor without vitals,” he added. “We tested him for cardiac arrest and performed CPR for more than 30 minutes.
