Cause of death released for teen allegedly killed by man shot in Columbus by SWAT officer

COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- The cause of death has been released for a Toledo teen who was allegedly killed by a man that was shot by a SWAT officer on Tuesday in the Victorian Village neighborhood in North Columbus.

Keimani Latigue, 13, died of multiple incised wounds to the neck, according to the Lucas County Coroner's Office. Her death has been ruled a homicide.

Darnell Jones, 33, allegedly murdered, raped, and cut off the hands of Latigue, according to Lt. Brian Steel, president of the local police officer's union.
