Need to compress time to implement trademarks, copyrights: Piyush Goyal

Commerce and Industry Minister Piyush Goyal highlighted the need to reduce the time for implementing trademarks and copyrights in India. He emphasized improving the enforcement mechanism and developing the IP ecosystem. Goyal pointed out that patent filings are increasing due to better processing times. The government is focusing on increasing IP protection awareness, especially in tier two, and three cities.
