Aaliyah Chavez, No. 1 prospect of 2025, has committed to OU

LUBBOCK, Texas -- Monterey High School senior Aaliyah Chavez, the number 1 women’s basketball recruit in the country, has decided to commit to the University of Oklahoma.

Chavez had been recruited by dozens of the top basketball schools, including Texas, UCLA, LSU, South Carolina, and Oklahoma.
