Neo Infrastructure Income Opportunities Fund to acquire two road assets for Rs 1,500 crore

The Neo Infrastructure Income Opportunities Fund (NIIOF) has agreed to acquire two operational road assets from CDS Infra Projects for Rs 1,500 crore. The assets, developed under the NHAI’s Hybrid Annuity Model, are part of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway and await regulatory approvals to finalize the transaction.
