Noteworthy: Douphner was named to the all-tournament team at the La Jolla Beach Cities Invitational on Saturday after helping West Ranch to a seventh-place finish in the event. The CSUN commit had 12 kills in two sets and hit 48% against Westview in the fifth game of the tournament. He collected 108 kills and 25 aces last week, which included a Foothill League match against Hart.
