SCHENECTADY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- A former New York State Assembly candidate pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge in Schenectady City Court on Monday. Officials with the city court said Joe Mastroianni will pay $370 in fines and surcharges after his guilty plea.

Mastroianni admitted to taking a political mailer of incumbent Assemblyman Angelo Santabarbara from a home in October 2024.
