Cops issue notice to Kunal Kamra over anti-Shinde remarks; comedian seeks 1 week to appear

Mumbai Police have issued a notice to comedian Kunal Kamra for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Maharashtra Deputy CM Eknath Shinde. Kamra is asked to appear before Khar police as part of the ongoing investigation. Kamra's show had triggered a political controversy, and subsequently, the venue was vandalized by Shiv Sena members.
