OG&E gears up for tree planting & seedling giveaway March 27
OKLAHOMA CITY (KFOR) - The Oklahoma Gas & Electric Company (OG&E) is gearing up to support local tree planting and seedling giveaway events assisting tornado-impacted communities starting in Choctaw for Arbor Week.
According to OG&E officials, Arbor Week is a tree planting drive set to begin in Choctaw on March 27. OG&E employees and volunteers will be hands-on planting trees and distributing free seedlings to help restore the area’s tree canopy following the recent tornado damage.
