Power Grid shares in focus after acquisition of 3 project SPVs for nearly Rs 44 cr

Power Grid Corporation of India has acquired three project SPVs for a total of Rs 43.73 crore to enhance power infrastructure in Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Rajasthan, and Madhya Pradesh. These projects will follow the BOOT model, involving the development of substations and transmission lines.
