Otti orders construction of hostel, faculty buildings, cafeteria in Abia varsity

Abia State Governor, Alex Otti, has vowed to tackle the infrastructure challenges at Abia State University, Uturu, by constructing a 5,000-capacity hostel and a cafeteria for students.
