Trump administration criticizes congestion pricing plan, urges better approach

NEW YORK (PIX11) -- Days after the Trump administration extended the deadline for the MTA to kill the congestion pricing plan, Department of Secretary Sean Duffy reiterated that he believes it is unlawful.
