PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Two cars, either "road raging or playing in the lane to the left" caused a 53-foot box trailer filled with 28,000 pounds of ice cream to lose control and flip into the ditch along I-5 South near Salem, the Oregon State Police told KOIN 6 News.
The crash happened Saturday afternoon near Milepost 250, officials said. The truck driver, a 48-year-old man from Bakersfield, California, was the only person in the truck and wasn't hurt.
