Love is in the air for Patrick Dempsey and wife Jillian!

The couple, who has been married for nearly 26 years, walked arm-in-arm as they stepped out to do some shopping together on Thursday afternoon (March 20) in Milan, Italy.

For their outing, the 59-year-old actor sported a navy sweater, jeans, and a navy paperboy cap while the makeup artist, also 59, wrapped up in a gray coat.

In between stores, the couple stopped to share some sweet kisses.
