Outside of the "slap heard around the world," when most fans think of Will Smith it's probably for some of his standout acting performances in movies like Ali, The Pursuit of Happiness, and King Richard, a role in which he won an Oscar for Best Actor.
There's also the nostalgic days of Smith's television work on The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, but it's likely that there are very few out there who think of the 56-year-old as "Will Smith the rapper," especially since it's been 20 years since the release of his last album.
